Introduction to the 5 Protective Factors
Are you interested in having a strong, healthy family, with well-adjusted kids? The 5 Protective Factors for Strengthening Families have been shown to help increase family bonds, produce well-developed kids, and prevent child maltreatment. Come and see what it’s all about. This two-hour virtual presentation also includes an overview of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and the effects of childhood trauma, as well as how we can combat negative outcomes through implementing the protective factors in small but practical ways.
