HR GENERALIST

 Reporting to the Executive Director, The HR Generalist develops and implements all human resource processes. Duties include complete and accurate record keeping and personnel file management, onboarding and off boarding, fielding complaints, and assisting leadership with disciplinary issues. This role is also responsible for identifying and facilitating compliance training for all staff upon hire and on an ongoing basis as required by law. See complete job description here.

Director of Advocacy

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Advocacy is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and
enhancing the Center’s Advocacy Program. Duties and responsibilities include program management and
development, supervision and support for staff, and innovation for continuous quality improvement. The
Director of Advocacy is the primary contact for the multidisciplinary team of investigative partners (child welfare
and law enforcement) and service providers. This position supervises the Advocates as they work directly with
children and families while also interacting with investigative partners (child welfare and law enforcement) and

Bilingual Advocate

Reporting to the Director of Advocacy, Advocates are responsible for coordinating all case
management services for child victims and witnesses and for their non-offending caregivers. A key
function of this position is to provide crisis intervention support, referral information, and follow-up
case management services to families. Advocates are responsible for ensuring a safe, child and family
friendly environment, and ensuring that families receive services in a timely and appropriate manner.
Advocates coordinate the multidisciplinary team (MDT) that responds to reports of child abuse or
neglect. On a rotating basis, advocates are available on call and respond to requests for services after hours from community partners and ensure that multidisciplinary team protocols are being followed. See complete job description here.

Facilitator

Reporting to the Family Support Program Coordinator, the Facilitator is responsible for implementing the STEP Program and Voices Council in diverse settings for families of “The Center” and foster parents, kinship caregivers, and other supporting adults. Duties include setting a schedule, preparing meeting rooms, facilitating interactive learning utilizing program curriculum, completing reports, and cleaning up after each session. .
